Premium subscription features with additional exercises

Wellnez.ai is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The exercises provided are for general wellness only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Wellnez.ai and its creators assume no liability for any injury, health issue, or adverse effect arising from the use of this Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service in a safe environment with adequate space
Not use the Service while driving or operating machinery
Not rely on this Service as a substitute for professional medical advice
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service

5. Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the displayed rate. You may cancel at any time from Settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. Free tier features remain accessible without a subscription.

All content, design, code, and AI models used in Wellnez.ai are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellnez.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms
